Phase 2 Lauderdale Bay Estates - 26 homes

Lauderdale Bay Estates is a relatively new community of single family homes in Myrtle Beach. There are only 72 single family home in Lauderdale Bay Estates. All of the homes in this community have a Mediterranean look.

Lauderdale Bay Estates is privately located just off of Highway 17 and is located directly along with Intracoastal Waterway. The gated community of Lauderdale Bay has 60 waterfront condos right next door on the north side of Lauderdale Bay Estates and on the south side is the Harbour Town community of 155 single family homes. Arrowhead Country Club can be seen across the other side of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Inside the Lauderdale Bay Estates community, Dania Beach Drive runs parallel to the Intracoastal Waterway. Mediterranean style homes on one side Dania Beach Drive all have rear yards directly alongside the Intracoastal Waterway! Every two waterfront lots can share a dock. Docks can have up to two boat lifts.

An additional 26 single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates are currently being planned for development. That would bring the total number of single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates to 98. The rezoning of this Phase 2 area to accommodate the additional 26 single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates will include sidewalks and a community garden. All but 2 of the newly proposed lots in Phase 2 of Lauderdale Bay Estates are within 1 or more flood zones.

Timing and pricing for the Phase 2 development in Lauderdale Bay Estates has not yet been announced.
