Presales in Eden Springs coming soon!

Eden Springs is a new home community coming soon to Longs, SC.  The new home community of Eden Springs is conveniently located right off of Highway 90 and just a couple of minutes away from the Highway 22 and Highway 90 interchange.  The proximity of Eden Springs to Highway 22, also known as the Conway Bypass, greatly simplifies travel around the Grand Strand, with Highway 22 being a four-lane highway that connects Highway 501 north of Conway to Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach. Wakefield and Avery Woods are a couple of the existing subdivisions near where Eden Springs will be developed.

The Eden Springs community in Longs will be developed on a 203 acre piece of land. Horry County has approved the development of 259 single family homes in the new home community of Eden Springs in Longs, SC. The initial phases platted for Eden Springs are estimated to have about 123 single family homes.

D. R. Horton will be the builder of Eden Springs. D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area.

D. R. Horton is pricing the single family homes in Eden Springs to start at $277,490. Floorplans in Eden Springs will range from 3-5 bedrooms, 2-2.5 car garages, 1-2 story homes and space starting at 1,475 square feet.

D. R. Horton is expected to announce presales in Eden Springs in August of 2024.
