Jordan Grove in Conway by Mungo Homes

Jordan Grove is a new home community in Conway by which homes have not begun to presell. Horry County government has approved the development of 93 single family homes on an approximate 70 acre piece of land that sits close to the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 701.

Mungo Homes is the builder in Jordan Grove. Michael J. Mungo started building homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1954, and still today, the Mungo family is involved in the day-to-day operations of the new home building business. Many of their team members live and play in the communities where they build so you’re likely to bump into them at the grocery store, a football game, or the gym, and they take care of you just as well after the close as during the buying process. Mungo Homes is now a division of the Clayton Home Building Group and a Berkshire Hathaway company.

Mungo Homes owns the land on the east side of Highway 701, less than a mile from the Highway 22 and Highway 701 interchange. The Mungo new home community of Jordan Grove will have single family homes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,700+ square feet. Pricing will be in the low $300's. Jordan Grove is a 30 minute commute to Myrtle Beach, 20 minutes to area golf courses, and 10 minutes to shopping and dining.

Once homes in Jordan Grove begin to presell, they will be listed here.
