Waterfall Villages is a community of new single-family homes in the highly sought after town of Little River, SC. Residents of Waterfall Villages are close to shopping opportunities at Tanger Outlets, entertainment and local restaurants, along with being only 10 minutes from Cherry Grove Beach and other public beaches in the Grand Strand.
Lennar is the builder of the single-family homes in Waterfall Villages. Lennar first began to sell the single-family homes in Waterfall Villages in July of 2023. Homes sold very quickly in Waterfall Villages. The initial set of 60 single family homes in Waterfall Villages were completely sold out by early 2024. The initial phases of homes in Waterfall Villages sold from the $260’s to the $340’s
Horry County has approved the development of a total of 139 single family homes in Waterfall Villages. Lennar is planning on building and selling the remaining 79 single family homes in 2025.
As of July 2024, Lennar is currently planning on having 4 future releases but has not yet announced pricing or specific delivery dates for the future phases of Waterfall Villages in Little River, SC.
