Eden Springs is a new home community coming soon to Longs, SC! The new home community of Eden Springs is conveniently located right off of Highway 90 and just a couple of minutes away from the Highway 22 and Highway 90 interchange. The proximity of Eden Springs to Highway 22, also known as the Conway Bypass, greatly simplifies travel around the Grand Strand, with Highway 22 being a four-lane highway that connects Highway 501 north of Conway to Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach.
D. R. Horton will be the builder of Eden Springs. D. R. Horton, the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States since 2002, is well committed to Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas with approximately 30 communities actively being built in the area as July 2024.
D. R. Horton purchased this Eden Springs property in May of 2024. Horry County has approved the development of 259 single family homes in the new home community of Eden Springs in Longs, SC. The new home community of Eden Springs will be developed on a 203-acre piece of land.
As of July 2024, D. R. Horton has not yet announced pricing and preselling dates for Eden Springs.
