The Tides of Little Creek Coming Soon!

The Tides of Little Creek is a new home community soon to Longs, SC. The Tides of Little Creek is conveniently located in Longs just east of Highway 9, less than 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. This new home community is located just off of Little Cedar Branch and slightly south of the Crown Meadows subdivision off of Highway 9.

Beverly Homes bought this 43 acre piece of land back in January 2023 and will be the builder in this new home community in Longs. Beverly Homes is projecting to have 94 homesites, some of which will be oversized with privacy and water views. The Tides of Little Creek is expected to have ponds with fountains and green spaces.

Beverly Homes has not yet announced specific timing or pricing for the new homes in The Tide of Little Creek in Longs, SC. Expectations are for Beverly Homes to announce the details on The Tides of Little Creek in the fall of 2024.
