The Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Subdivision is proposing a total of 1,333 units (single-family detached and single-family attached) across approximately 809 acres, while splitting the property into multiple tracts (with multiple owners) for development.

Each tract that is being split off will need to be developed in accordance with the approved Master Plan. Westwood Reserve is the name of one of the subdivisions within the master planned community of Collins Jollie. Creekside Homes submitted the initial plans for Westwood Reserve.

In January 2024, United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG), acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC. UHG operates in the southeastern United States, with its builder brand Great Southern Homes having an emphasis on South Carolina, Georgia, and soon North Carolina markets.

Preliminary plans from Great Southern Homes are to build 215 single family homes on a 134 acre parcel (Westwood Reserve) within the Collins Jollie master planned community.

Westwood Reserve recently received preliminary plan approval from Planning Commission as well as conditional approval from the Technical Review Committee (TRC). It is the first Conservation Subdivision (required to dedicate a significant amount of the subdivision to open space) that has been approved for development in the Conway City limits.

As of September 2024, Westwood Reserve has moved to the latter stages of planning.
