D. R. Horton will be the builder in The Townes@Amber Bluff. D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the US for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area, D. R. Horton purchased this 16 acre piece of property in February of 2024.
As of September 2024, D. R. Horton has not yet announced specific timing or pricing for the new townhome community of The Townes@Amber Bluff. When homes are starting to presell in The Townes at Amber Bluff, Vansant Realty Group will have them listed here.
