The intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 501 is just a few miles away from where the new Conway home community of The Reserve at Cypress Commons will be developed.
D. R. Horton will be the builder in The Reserve at Cypress Commons. D. R. Horton purchased this property in October of 2023.
Preliminary plat plans are showing an initial phase of approximately 50 single family homes on roughly 25 acres of land. The Reserve at Cypress Commons also has an additional 30 acres of land available for additional phases of development.
