The Preserve Listings
The Preserve is a new home community coming to North Myrtle Beach. The Preserve is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 31 right off of Water Tower Road.
The Preserve will be developed on a 60+ acre piece of property. Preliminary plans as of July 2024 are for there to be 227 residential lots in The Preserve, with lot sizes varying from 3,600 square feet to 6,868 square feet.
The Preserve is located near a couple of other communities that are currently under development - (1) Waterside by Meritage Homes and (2) Grand Dunes North Village by Ryan Homes. Barefoot Resort is located on the opposite side of Highway 22 from the Preserve.
As of September 2024, the new home community of The Preserve in North Myrtle Beach that is still in the early planning stages. Once homes start to presell in The Preserve - they will be listed her.
