Sutton Farm is a new home community off of SC-66 in Loris, SC. Sutton Farm is conveniently located just off of the Highway 9 near the Diamondback Golf Club at Woodland Valley.
D. R. Horton will be the builder in Sutton Farm. The initial phase of homes in Sutton Farm is expected to consist of about 100 single family homes.
D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area.
As of October 2024, D. R. Horton has not yet announced plans, timing and pricing for the new home community of Sutton Farm.
