Somerset Listings
Somerset is a new home community coming to the Socastee area. Somerset will consist of single family homes located in Socastee with easy access to Highway 544 and Highway 501. Beazer Homes will be the builder. Beazer will be offering The Derby Collection of Single Family Homes and The Carlisle Collection of Single Family Homes. Pricing will start in the low $300's.
The new home community of Somerset will be conveniently located across Highway 544 from another new home community of Lyden Village. The existing subdivision of Cabot's Creek is located adjacent on the north side of Somerset.
In September of 2023, Beazer purchased 17 acres (Phase 1) and 21 acres (Phase 2). These two Beazer phases are a portion of the 158 acre master planned community of Palmetto Bays Estates - of which Horry County has approved the development of 120 multi-family homes and 359 single family homes. As of June 2024, Beazer Homes has not yet announced plans for this new home community of Somerset in Socastee.
