Rolling Hills is a new home community coming to Aynor, SC. The new home community of Rolling Hills in Aynor is located just a couple of minutes north of downtown Aynor, directly off of Highway 501. The Rolling Hills community will be nestled around Floyd Page Road and will be neighbors with Baylee Estates (61 single family homes) and Pageland Heights (37 single family homes).
The Rolling Hills master subdivision is situated on an approximate 209.09 acre parcel of land which includes approximately 19 acres of wetlands.
The internal road network in the Rolling Hills Community is proposed to be dedicated over to the County as Public right-of-way.
The current planned total number of single family homes to be developed in the Rolling Hills community in Aynor is 421.
The current plans for development of the Rolling Hills new home community in Aynor are to develop an initial set of 5 phases of homes - 52 single family homes in Phase 1, 63 single family homes in Phase 2, 47 single family homes in Phase 3, 14 single family homes in Phase 4 and 96 single family homes in Phase 5. A future set of phases is planned to develop an additional 149 single family homes.
Horry County recently approved the Phase 1 development plan.
Diamond Shores LLC currently owns the property.
