Inlet Keys will be developed adjacent to the existing community of Evans Park in Murrells Inlet.
The builder of the initial section of homes in Evans Park was Mungo Homes. Mungo Homes completed their development in Evans Park back in 2022. Evans Park offered new one and two-story homes in Murrells Inlet ranging from 1,700 to more than 2,700 square feet, all with the primary suite on the main floor. Most plans included a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or extra bedroom perfect for homeschooling or when working from home! In Evans Park, residents enjoy easy access to all of the golf courses, restaurants, entertainment, beaches and boating that the South Strand has to offer! Plus, you are just a brisk walk to International Club Golf Course of Myrtle Beach, and minutes from beaches, shopping and Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk with loads of restaurants, live music, and boating. The single-family homes in Inlet Keys by Beazer are projected to start selling in early 2025. Beazer has not yet announced pricing for the single-family homes in Inlet Keys in Murrells Inlet.
