Hope Pointe is a new home community coming to North Myrtle Beach, SC. The new home community of Hope Pointe is conveniently located right off of Little River Neck Road and extends all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway.
The Tidewater Golf Club is adjacent to where the new home community of Hope Pointe will be developed. Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and Cherry Grove Inlet, Tidewater Golf Club delivers unmatched natural beauty and a layout that has been ranked among the nation’s top 100 public golf courses. Tidewater Golf Club, which was named the nation’s best new public course by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine when it opened in 1990, was purchased by an investment group affiliated with KemperSports (a property and experience management company that has over 40 years worth of experience), which took over operation of the North Myrtle Beach in August 2023. KemperSports intends to continue operating Tidewater as it is.
The new home community of Hope Pointe resides on an approximate 42.42 acre parcel of land. Preliminary plans are to develop 66 single family homes in Hope Pointe.
Timing for development of the new home community of Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach has not yet been announced.
