In September of 2023, D. R. Horton purchased this approximate 12 acre parcel of land on the ocean side of Highway 17 in Surfside Beach. This new townhome community in Surfside Beach will be developed around a single street named Bayou Loop.
Preliminary plans from D. R. Horton are showing 15 buildings - each with 6 townhomes - resulting in approximately 90 townhomes
Land development is now ongoing.
