White Oak Estates Coming Soon to Conway by Great Southern Homes
White Oak Estates is a new home community on the north side of Conway coming soon! White Oaks Estates is conveniently located east of Highway 501, just off of Cultra Road ever so slightly northwest of downtown Conway. White Oak Estates is in an area of Conway that is growing fast. White Oak Estates will be located next to the new townhome community of Collins Walk by Lennar. Collins Walk will ultimately have approximately 161 townhomes built in 3 phases of development. Great Southern Homes purchased this land where the White Oak Estates homes will be built just off of Cultra Road in January of 2024 and is planning on building 15 single family homes. As of July 2024, homes are just about to start preselling. Great Southern Homes is pricing the single-family homes in White Oak Estates to start at $284,900.
