Tupelo Park in Longs by Lennar

Tupelo Park is a new home community in Longs. This new home community of Tupelo Park in Longs is conveniently located just off of Highway 90, just east of Route 22. This community will reside on over 160 acres of land. The Glade, Eden Springs and Avery Woods are a few other subdivisions that are located near where the Tupelo Park singe family homes will be developed off of Highway 90.
Lennar is the builder in Tupelo Park. Lennar is well committed to building in Longs as well as all the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach. There are planned to be over 525 single family units in this Longs new home community of Tupelo Park. The initial phase in Tupelo Park will consist of approximately 125 single family homes.
