Seachase Pointe by Lennar
As of June 2024, land is being cleared off of Little River Neck Road next to Charleston Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Seachase Pointe will be the name of the new home community. Lennar will be the builder in Seachase Pointe. Lennar has not yet announced specific plans, but expectations are for there to be approximately 180 single family homes in Seachase Pointe. Seachase Pointe is being developed on a 60.22 acre piece of land just off of Little River Neck Road in the northern part of North Myrtle Beach just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway. Seachase Point is conveniently located just south of the Tidewater Golf Club and just north of the Surf Golf and Beach Club. Some of the existing subdivisions close to where Seachase Pointe is being developed include: The Grove, Charleston Landing, Cottages on the Marsh, Riverside and Harbour Watch.
