New Pricing on Cooper's Bluff Townhomes
As of June 2024, Lennar is offering up to a $25,000 price reduction and up to $5,000 towards closing costs for select move-in ready townhomes in the Cooper’s Bluff community.
Cooper's Bluff is a relatively new home community in Socastee located in close proximity to where Carolina Bays Parkway (Highway 31) crosses over the Intracoastal Waterway. Cooper's Bluff is only about 10 miles away from the city of Myrtle Beach and less than 20 minutes to the beach itself! The convenient location of Cooper's Bluff lends itself well for residents to enjoy great community amenities and everything the Grand Strand has to offer, including a public boat landing a half-mile away, beautiful beaches and the famous state swing bridge on the Waccamaw River. Cooper's Bluff has easy access to major highways such as Hwy 31, Hwy 544, Hwy 501, and the Hwy 17 by-pass. Peachtree Landing is down the street, which is a small rural boating landing that serves as a popular Kayak launch along the Waccamaw Blue Trail. Peachtree Landing is also a popular spot for fishing.
Horry County has approved development of 283 single family homes and 151 multi-family homes in Cooper's Bluff. Lennar is the primary builder in Cooper's Bluff. Lennar completed development of an initial set of approximately 250 single family homes in late spring of 2023. Lennar is in the process of continuing development within Cooper's Bluff. As of June 2024, Lennar is underway with the development of an additional 13 more single family homes and 99 townhomes. As of June 2024, Lennar had developed and sold 90 townhomes. The complete subdivision of Cooper's Bluff has a small portion adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway.
There is also a section of 28 single family units approved for development (not owned by Lennar) that could be developed in the future along the Waterway that are in a flood zone. Beverly Homes owns these 27.57 acres of property and has not yet announced development plans.
