New Home Community of Dove Crossing in Conway

Dove Crossing is a new home community coming soon to Conway. Locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Canon Hill". Dove Crossing is located on the southwest side of Conway close to Cates Bay Highway. Harvest Ridge and Northwood are a couple of the subdivisions that are close to where Dove Crossing will be developed. Dove Crossing will be developed just south of Big Cypress Lake, a nice local retreat for picnicking and fishing.
VBCB Holdings currently owns this property. As of July 2024, land is being cleared and developed.
As of July 2024, no specific details regarding timing or pricing have been announced.
