Loris new home community - Warner Crossing

The city of Loris was incorporated with only a one-mile radius on July 26, 1902. Since then, the City of Loris has grown to a total area of 3.1 square miles with approximately 2,600 residents. The City of Loris is in northern Horry County close to the North Carolina and South Carolina border near the intersection of Highway 701 and Highway 9 and about a half an hour from the beach!

Warner Crossing is a new home community coming soon to Loris, SC. Warner Crossing is located just a few minutes east of downtown Loris, SC. The new home community of Warner Crossing in Loris will be located just off of Highway 9 relatively close to the border of South Carolina and North Carolina. Warner Crossing is conveniently located close to Highway 701 and within 20 minutes of North Myrtle Beach, the ocean, shopping, and dining.

The Diamondback Golf Club at Woodland Valley is located just to the north of Warner Crossing. The Diamondback Golf Club is a Russell Breeden designed course set in the low-country woodlands. Measuring 6928 yards from the back teeing ground, Diamondback is playable and enjoyable for golfers of all abilities.

Horry County has approved the development of 147 single family homes in Warner Crossing. Warner Crossing will be developed on an 88 acre parcel of land.

Lennar will be the builder in Warner Crossing. Lennar, the second largest homebuilder by volume in the United States, is well committed to Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach with nearly 30 active development projects ongoing as of the summer of 2024.

As of August 2024, Lennar has not yet announced specific timing or pricing of presales in Warner Crossing. As a result, there are currently no homes for sale yet in Warner Crossing.
