Ivy Woods new home community in Longs by D. R. Horton

Ivy Woods is a new home community in Longs. As of late July 2023, 82 single family units have been approved for development. D. R. Horton is the builder of the Ivy Woods new home community in Longs and will be offering their Express Series of homes. Ivy Woods is located right off of Castlers Heights Road near the Highway 905 and Highway 9 intersection.

This Longs New Home Community of Ivy Woods is just beginning development. As a result, the new home community of Ivy Woods in Longs does not currently have any existing homes for resale.
Once D. R. Horton has released homes for sale, Vansant Realty Group will be listing them here. In the meantime, following are a list of homes that are currently for sale in the community directly adjacent to Ivy Woods - Timber Ridge.
