Garden Grove in Conway by Mungo Homes

Garden Grove is a new home community coming soon to Conway. This Conway new home community is conveniently located just north of downtown Conway and directly off of the Four Mile Road and Oak Street intersection between highway 501 and highway 701 near route 319.  Garden Grove will be developed on the opposite side of Oak Street across from The Summit subdivision. 

As of July 2024, South Causeway Builders is well underway with the land development. The new home community of Garden Grove is being developed on 129 acres of land.

Mungo Homes will be the builder in Garden Grove.  What started as a small privately-owned development and home building company in Columbia, South Carolina in 1954, Mungo Homes has grown into a large, billion dollar home building operation with a multi-state footprint.  Mungo Homes is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas of the Grand Strand

Pricing of the single-family homes in Garden Grove is expected to be starting in the upper $200’s.  As of July 2024, Mungo Homes has not yet announced preselling of homes in Garden Grove.
