Conway Builders

There has been a significant amount of new construction in Conway.  The volume of future subdivisions being planned in Conway indicate continued growth.  The New Homes Conway web site (https://www.newhomesconway.com) has been tracking new construction activity in Conway for several years.  This New Homes Conway site is focused solely on providing a simplified guide to all of the new home communities in Conway, SC.  This site is independently managed to serve and support development of the Conway community and is a unique Conway new home resource.  All Conway new home communities are presented without the influence or dependence of community or builder advertising.

The New Homes Conway platform data (accompanying graphic) shows the community activity of each of the most prominent US builders.  The “Communities” column in this graphic represents the sum of Conway communities that (1) have recently been completed in Conway by the builder within the last year, (2) current active Conway communities being developed by the builder, and (3) future Conway communities that are being planned by the builder.

This data, as of August 2024, shows that D. R. Horton leads all builders with involvement in 19 Conway communities, followed by Great Southern Homes being involved with 10 communities and then Mungo Homes involved with 7 communities.
