Chesnut Farms in Longs by DRB Homes
Chestnut Farms is a new home community coming soon to Longs. The new home community of Chestnut Farms is being developed on a 44 acre piece of land. Chestnut Farms is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 90. Horry County has approved development of up to 72 single family units in this Longs new home community of Chestnut Farms.
DRB Homes will be the builder in Chestnut Farms. DRB Homes has over 30 years worth of experience and is involved with over 100 active new community development projects. DRB Homes operates up and down the east coast, from Pennsylvania to Florida.
DRB Homes is relatively new builder in the Myrtle Beach area. DRB Homes is also building single family homes in Longs at the Bluffs in Sun Colony.
As of July 2024, DRB Homes has not yet formally announced timing or pricing for new homes in Chestnut Farms.
