2. Berkshire Forest is part of the Master Planned Community of Villages at Berkshire Forest (Pulte Phases 13-17 in progress)

3. Berkshire Forest is part of the Master Planned Community of Bella Vita (Pulte Phases 18-23 in progress)

  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 18 – Completed (48 homes)
  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 19 – In Progress (58 homes)
  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 20 – Completed (39 homes)
  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 21 – In Progress (54 homes)
  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 22 – In progress (41 homes)
  • Pulte Berkshire Forest Phase 23 – In Progress (48 homes)

A new Berkshire Forest sign has recently been installed within Bella Vita to distinguish Pulte's Berkshire Forest subdivision from the other subdivisions within Bella Vita.
