Barefoot Lakes Listings
Barefoot Lakes is a new home community coming to North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Lakes is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 31 right off of Water Tower Road.
Barefoot Lakes will be developed on an approximate 60+ acre piece of property. Preliminary plans as of July 2024 are for there to be a maximum of 59 single family detached homes.
Barefoot Lakes is located near a couple of other communities that are currently under development - (1) Waterside by Meritage Homes and (2) Grand Dunes North Village by Ryan Homes. Barefoot Resort is located on the opposite side of Highway 22 from the Preserve. The Preserve is another future subdivision that is close to where the new home community of Barefoot Lakes will be developed.

As of September 2024, the new home community of Barefoot Lakes in North Myrtle Beach is still in the early planning stages. When homes start to presell in Barefoot Lakes, the list of homes for sale they will be listed here.
